Friday Night Lights, “Laboring”

FNLtitle

I’ve always thought if the end of a season sneaks up you, chances are that the series has been doing something right all year. Such is the case for the fourth season of Friday Night Lights.

Burn Notice, “Where There’s Smoke”

For the most part, despite their quality on an individual level, the last few episodes of Burn Notice have totally ran together for me. I watch them, I’m entertained and then it just completely seeps away from my brain. For most USA series, that’s fine, but I expect a little more from this one.

Psych, “Feet Don’t Kill Me Now” and “Not Even Close…Encounters”

PSYCH

After what I thought was a partially weak season premiere, Psych rebounded with two hotly entertaining episodes that remind us fans why we love the series so much.

Covert Affairs, “Walter’s Walk” and “Southbound Suarez”

I was also kept from reading others’ thoughts on the premiere effort, “Public Relations,” which perhaps made me … Read more

The Return: Details on what’s to come for TVS and musings on Comic-Con 2010

Hiya folks! Well, after my long vacation to Las Vegas and San Diego Comic-Con 2010, I’m back. I’ve missed a boatload of television during my time away, as I watched absolutely nothing from two Fridays ago until now. I’m going to do my best in the next few days to watch most of that and … Read more

Surveillance Summer Break: Details on my time away

Things have been a little light lately thanks to an increased workload at my almost-over summer job, and unfortunately, they’re about to get even lighter. Tomorrow, I’m heading out to Las Vegas for some R&R before driving up to San Diego for Comic-Con. I’m obviously taking my laptop with me and have trouble staying away … Read more
